INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Individual athlete coaching is the signature training style of the Playtri brand. We have been working one-on-one with athletes all over the world to help them achieve their goals for over 20 years.
Athletes may request any of the current Playtri coaching staff as their individual coach, though some coaches may have limited availability due to current athlete load. We encourage you to explore our Meet the Coaches page to learn more about our fantastic team.

PROGRAMS
Individually coached athletes are required to train and race with heart rate as a part of Playtri's load-based training program. All programs include a $200 registration fee, which covers initial threshold testing for bike and run.
All individual coaching programs include a four month initial commitment - athlete pays 1st and 4th months upfront.

Bronze Program
Level 1-3 Coaches: $150/Month*
Level 4 & 5 Coaches: N/A

Paid Consult*
If you have specific questions or need limited assistance, you can schedule a one hour Coach Consult for $90.
Coach consults can include (but are not limited to) assistance with the following topics:
Writing a training plan
Designing a race strategy
Analyzing/planning nutrition and hydration
Analyzing heart rate, power and other metrics
Technique for swim, bike or run
