Bring your friends and family out to Denton Water Works for some fun in the sun after crossing the finish line in the water park. Athletes will have full access to a private party in the water park, carnival games, and sand volleyball all day! If spectators, friends, family want to join their athlete for the private party, it will be $6 (doesn’t matter their age). Meal Deals can be purchased for $5 and include chips, a drink, and a choice of a mini pizza, hot dog, or hamburger.
** Spectators that do not wish to take part in the after party will be allowed in the water park and will be given a non-swim band.

Course Notes:
- The swim will be in a 25 yard indoor pool.
- Swim course is a snake swim - up the lane then under the lane rope and down the next
- Aid stations will be located approximately every 1 mile. Each aid station is equipped with water
The course officially closes at 11am for all participants.

Free Pre Race Clinic
During the listed packet pick ups for Playtri Dallas, Playtri Fort-Worth, Playtri Colleyville and Playtri Swim-Bike-Run Outlet McKinney will be putting on a race clinic at at 6pm. We will go over what to expect on race day, how to set up your transition and open it up for general questions anyone has.

AGE GROUP
- Top Overall, Masters, and Grand Masters.
- Age Group / Weight Class awards will be 3 deep for both Male and Female.
- Relay Team awards will be for top 3 overall relays.
**If you are an Overall winner you will be fitted for your Speedo parka at the event and your parka will be mailed to you after it has been embroidered.

USAT
Every participant must show photo ID and proof either of USAT annual membership, or purchase of USAT one day pass. If one of these is not provided at packet pickup, the participant will be required to purchase a one day pass or an annual membership in order to pick up his or her packet, regardless of whether or not he or she already has a membership. ($15 for adult one day, $50 for annual membership, and $10 for youth annual membership). Please click here for the Most Commonly Violated USAT rules.
Relays
All Relay team participants must check in at packet pickup individually and pick up their race number (though team members do not all have to come at the same time). All team members must have their own USAT membership (whether annual or one day).

Weather
Average temperature on race day: low 50 - high 80.
For safety reasons, Playtri Racing reserves the right to modify or cancel a race due to severe weather conditions. When severe weather is present, all precautions will be made to ensure the safety of the athletes.
Chip Timing
This is a chip timed event. Each participant will be required to wear a timing chip in order to be counted in the results. Timing chips are assigned to participants according to bib number. Please pick up your timing chip the morning of the race at the chip timing station beginning an hour before race start. Awards are based on chip times.
