Playtri Group Training Programs are designed for any athlete desiring to complete their first triathlon or take their training and racing to the next level with structured training. These programs accommodate triathletes from the beginner signing up for his/her first triathlon to intermediate triathletes who want to improve their skill and racing experience.

Off-Season is a perfect time to build a foundation for racing goals for the coming year. Our Off-Season Program has a functional combination of strength, swim, bike and run workouts, along with an at-home schedule of training to make sure you get the most out of the winter months. *This program accommodates triathletes that are proficient pool swimmers, can ride 20+ miles, and run a 5k any day of the week.

nO biKE? nO pROBLEM

All Playtri Group Training Programs include the option to rent an entry-level road bike for the duration of the program AND the program race for only $100 - even better, if you fall in love with the sport, that $100 can be put towards the purchase of a new bike from your Playtri Store within 30 days of your program ending.

  • 6:30 AM Strength /Conditioning Boot Camp

Saturday:

  • 7:30 AM Group Cycling Ride (All riders welcome!! Novice, Intermediate, and advanced routes)

USAT MEMBERSHIP

USAT membership will be required. Each participant will be required to submit current USAT annual membership verification, or purchase a 1 day pass.
